We are delighted to be celebrating 15 successful years in business.

BDI enjoys working in partnership with clients, designing feasible, buildable solutions, turning property dreams into a structural reality.

We’ve worked on some amazing projects along the way and even won some awards too!  We pride ourselves in delivering sound structural solutions that make even the most exceptional or challenging building projects easier.

To celebrate our birthday this year we’re sending Random Acts of Cake to the Architects, Developers, Insurers, Contractors and Customers we work with.  We hope you enjoy the chocolate brownies and want to say thank you for the business.  We’re looking forward to the next 15 years!!!

Lime Tree barn commencement on site

Work on site has now started at Lime Tree Barn in Ashover. This is the second consecutive collaboration with Care Chiles and Evans Architects converting a historic and dilapidated barn structure into residential accommodation. Work on site is anticipated to take approximately one year.
