BDI support K2B walkers to raise money for overseas projects

In May BDI supported a team completing the K2B walk for EFOD. Meeting the walkers at various checkpoints and provide them with anything they may need during the course such as snacks, drinks and motivational support.

The Keswick to Barrow (K2B) Walk is a 40 mile sponsored walking and running event in the Lake District to raise money for charities and good causes.

The team BDI supported was raising money for Engineers for Overseas Development (EFOD) which is a voluntary organisation run by engineers & architects. Their aim is to help improve lives in developing countries by raising money to design and construct projects overseas.

The final figures are in and they raised £4112.
