Architect

“Full Structural Surveys provided by BDI are very comprehensive. We recommend our clients to have a BDI Survey in addition to a separate lenders valuation which together gives clients a complete Structural Survey for the cost of a Homebuyers report, meaning we can progress matters for our clients cost-effectively and quickly. I would readily recommend BDI’s services in the future.”

“BDI provide a first-class service, they turnaround jobs quickly so that we can respond to building regulation queries and therefore help to keep our projects moving and in turn customers happy. I’ve worked with BDI over the last couple of years and can say that their work is always of a high standard and delivered in a professional manner.”

Building Surveyors

“BDI provided advice throughout my insurance claim and reviewed a further structural problem. Their reports and advice enabled me to negotiate a more extensive claim with further repairs being undertaken by my insurers; repairs that the insurers had previously declined to cover. I was very happy with the valuable service I received from BDI and the high level of professional advice they provided.”
