“Full Structural Surveys provided by BDI are very comprehensive. We recommend our clients to have a BDI Survey in addition to a separate lenders valuation which together gives clients a complete Structural Survey for the cost of a Homebuyers report, meaning we can progress matters for our clients cost-effectively and quickly. I would readily recommend BDI’s services in the future.”

“BDI provided advice throughout my insurance claim and reviewed a further structural problem. Their reports and advice enabled me to negotiate a more extensive claim with further repairs being undertaken by my insurers; repairs that the insurers had previously declined to cover. I was very happy with the valuable service I received from BDI and the high level of professional advice they provided.”
