Client | Vita Student Architect | NCHomes Internal demolition of a building, whilst maintaining the existing historic facades.
Client | E&A Fabrications BDI designed and detailed steel staircases with structural glass balustrades, glazing and doors. We worked alongside the steelwork fabricators to design the external canopies. The end result was a design which not only offered an architecturally pleasing solution, but one which has aided the speed and complexity of the fabrication process.

Work on site has now started at Lime Tree Barn in Ashover. This is the second consecutive collaboration with Care Chiles and Evans Architects converting a historic and dilapidated barn structure into residential accommodation. Work on site is anticipated to take approximately one year.
