This project involved a design and calculation service to the structural elements of this residential project. Internal alterations to the existing house, and providing front and rear extensions to the building were required. Structural steelwork to support the large openings and the bi-fold doors was required. BDI also provided advice on the lateral stability of the slender structural piers included within the scope of the work.
