Red Lion Street

BDI have developed the concept design with NCArchitecture on this substantial mixed used retail and residential development. The project over 11 storeys incorporates the historic façade to Union Street into the new building on a restricted site. Challenges to overcome include façade retention, and working between the constraints of existing buildings.
