Refurbishment of an existing 7 storey reinforced concrete framed office building into self-contained studio apartments in Liverpool City Centre. Two additional storeys were added over the existing roof formed in lightweight materials, to ensure that the maximum potential for extension was achieved without compromising the existing structure and foundations.
