Tan House Lane Housing Development

A housing development at Tan House Lane in Widnes, is nearing completion. BDI have undertaken structural design of the scheme’s 175 units comprising both houses and apartments. The scheme has been delivered by Russell Homes with Halton Housing Trust. The development site sees the regeneration of a former industrial site which has been remediated to provide housing, infrastructure and green open spaces with a playground.
