Structural design of a four storey redevelopment of existing apartments including a substantial rear extension. This project comprised of structural engineering consultancy services for an architectural scheme, substantially changing the internal floor layouts of the existing building.
The rear of the building was largely extended with a four storey extension. New internal floors and walls were designed to the existing building, whilst pre-cast concrete slabs provide floors to the new extension.
