Consulting structural engineering services for a substantial redevelopment of a historic building into contemporary, luxury apartments.

The architectural scheme meant that all the existing floors in the building were removed and replaced with new engineered timber joists. Substantial remediation was completed to the roof including design of a roof structure suitable to support hot tubs. A fibre reinforced screed capped the roof terrace. A three storey rear extension increased the footprint of the development creating more apartments.
