Structural survey and extensive internal alterations of a traditional Victorian semi-detached property into a large family home. This project involved restoring the front of the property to its former glory, whilst to the side and rear, a two storey contemporary extension has been added. To gain further space, structural modifications were completed to the attic space, creating a large bedroom with en-suite. The rear extension features cedar clad walls, contrasting with the traditional masonry of the existing house. Floor to ceiling windows at ground and first floor allow natural light to penetrate deep into the heart of the original house.
