New build “super home” dwelling in rural location for a developer.  The superstructure is formed with steel frame, composite deck concrete floors and cut infill timber roof.  Below ground there is a reinforced concrete basement (below part of the building footprint) containing leisure facilities including swimming pool and subterranean terrace at the rear.
