How many years of experience in total:

Chartered Structural Engineer with over eleven years of postgraduate experience at established consultancies. Throughout my career, I have cultivated a strong passion for design and the built environment, contributing to projects across multiple RIBA stages whilst collaborating with multidisciplinary design team. My experience to date also includes conducting structural surveys to identify and diagnose structural defects in multiple building materials, as well as specifying and designing effective remedial solutions.

Describe your role at BDI and the key areas you specialise in?

Sectors I have been involved with throughout my career includes Residential, Educational, Industrial, Heritage, Commercial and Refurbishment. Projects I am currently involved with at BDI  vary from new built, alterations and refurbishment of existing structures, as well as structural surveys and insurance related assessments primarily for buildings that have had fire damage and/or vehicle impact.
