Describe your role at BDI and the key areas you specialise in?
As a Business Administrator at BDI Structural Solutions, I oversee daily administrative tasks, organise site visits, assist clients with queries and new enquiries, and submit project information into our databases. My job includes supporting business processes, keeping accurate records, and helping with keeping things organised.

I’m typically involved in all of our projects from the very start. I set up each project in our database for our engineers, coordinate site visits, and manage the invoicing process for completed work. This often includes working closely with architects, developers, and other professionals to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

What’s been your most memorable project at BDI so far?
The most memorable projects for me are always the ones where we receive great feedback from friendly clients. It’s advantageous to know our work has made a difference and that the client is happy.
