What is your work background?

I previously worked in Retail as a Customer Assistant.

If you could meet any historical figure, who would you choose and why?

Neil Armstrong – I would absolutely love to know what it felt like being the first man in history to ever step foot on the moon and the experience that went along with it.

If you could be anywhere in the world right now where would you be?

Anywhere in the Caribbean, on a beach soaking up the sun with a pina colada in my hand!

What is the worst job you have ever done?

I can’t say I have ever had a bad job; however impatient customers were the worst part of working in retail.

What is your favourite food?

Anything authentically Italian.

If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you want to have with you?

A lifetime supply of food and water, then probably my iPad to keep me entertained.

What item, that you don’t have already, would you most like to own?

Without a doubt my own home.

What are your hobbies / favourite pastimes?

I love to bake, go out on walks with my family and watch films – comedies are my favourite!
